Survios’ Virtual Reality Game Sprint Vector Will Be Available for Closed Beta Testing until January 28

Share

Between January 19 and 28, Survios is allowing fans to join the closed beta testing session for their virtual reality game Sprint Vector. The testing sessions are taking place during the weekends and are accessible through Oculus Home and SteamVR.

Action-Packed and Fully Immersive: Sprint Vector Is Taking the Virtual Reality Game Concept to a New Level

The concept behind Sprint Vector is 100% action in comfort. The virtual reality game was developed on the proprietary VR platform created by Survios, Fluid Locomotion™. This system is defined by a fast-response, intuitive interpretation of the player’s locomotion.

Thus, even during fast speed and intense gaming experiences, the players are still comfortable and do not experience physical exhaustion or other negative effects associated to modern, fast-paced immersive games.

Secondly, the Fluid Locomotion™ system allows Sprint Vector to be an extremely realistic virtual reality game: players can increase the running speed of their VR characters by moving their hands up and down, just as they would do when running in real life.

A Quick Look at What the Beta Version of Speed Vector Has to Offer

Sprint Vector is an 8-player online racing virtual reality game which takes competitiveness to high levels. In the beta testing version, players will have access to three different maps, all the power-ups available in the game, and the entire range of game characters.

Top perks of the new release are:

  • Quick play and private lobby game mode
  • Brand new challenge mode
  • Two never-before-seen solo challenge maps

The closed beta testing session is open between January 19 and January 28. The multiplayer game servers are open during the weekends, between 5 pm and 8 pm PST for USA playes (5 pm-8 pm GMT for European players).

Outside these days and hours, players can test the single player modes. In order to join the beta testing session for the Sprint Vector virtual reality games, fans have to sign up at this link. Further instructions will be sent to them by email.

Survios has also made available a preview of the game on its official YouTube channel:
