Bringing Social Virtual Reality to Enterprises: Hyperfair VR Rolls Out New UI

Share

Last month, Hyperfair VR, the HTC Vive X portfolio company, rolled out a new user interface that has the potential to alter the fabric of the Social VR for the enterprises, in every way possible, from community management and sales, to content management and marketing. Hyperfair is a virtual reality company that provides comprehensive self-service platform focused on Social VR for Enterprise.

The newly launched browser to mobile, fully integrated, Enterprise VR SaaS platform allows interaction between thousands of concurrent avatars, with real time chat and a native Talk feature, in fully customizable VR environments featuring social content such as videos, pictures, and products.

Hyperfair VR platform users can self-create their virtual reality place and customize it with enterprise digital assets, as well as engage their customers in virtual reality and immersive web via avatars. The enterprise social VR platform is consisted of VR Site (an enterprise virtual reality website, showroom and office), VR Branch (a corporate social virtual reality place), and VR Hub (a virtual reality marketplace).

With a VR Site, companies can make their websites available in 3D and in virtual reality, and use it as a place for direct marketing and sales, interacting and collaborating with partners and customers as avatars and showcasing their products and services.

The VR branch, as Hyperfair underscores, “delivers the intimacy and cross-sell, up-sell capabilities of a brick & mortar branch through avatar-based interaction and real-life presence. It provides a great opportunity for marketing, sales, customer care, meet-ups and engagement.” Being a convenient point of contact between businesses and their customers, it also helps in meeting customers’ increasing demands for enhanced direct relationships.

With a VR Hub, companies can create their own marketplace, engage their community with virtual events and shows, as well as organize training sessions, meet-ups, and career events.

“As the leader of Social VR for Enterprise with our browser-based VR platform for computers, it thrills us to launch a new release with a fully integrated and consistent browser to mobile to headset UX/UI, along with the Hyperfair VR mobile app, providing easy access to a highly advanced VR experience, for anyone, anywhere in the palm of one’s hand,” said Marco Campanari, the CEO, regarding the company’s new user interface.

Hyperfair is accessible via the browser from both PC and Mac computers (WebGL), via a new dedicated Android app (available free on Google Playstore) and via VR headsets, such as Google Cardboard and HTC Vive, with a fully consistent experience for thousands of users, simultaneously.

As Hyperfair improves, it will likely become an enterprise social VR presence powerhouse. Companies could host conferences online, and with VR, business people could connect face to face in an immersive environment–without having to leave their office. Hyperfair VR is poised to revolutionize the way business is conducted by opening up a new (virtual) world of possibilities.
