Augmented reality has come a long way over the years. From being expensive and having a reputation of being gimmicky, its applications have become more powerful and widely available to the general public. It has slowly seeped into our daily lives through cute social media filters and immersive games.
Still, it has a lot of untapped potential. As long as hurdles are standing in the way of its widespread adoption, we won’t be able to fully harness its immersive power.
That’s what Fuse.it is here to do.
It’s striving to overcome the biggest business barriers to AR adoption with a patented solution. Powered by artificial intelligence and cutting-edge video technology, it enables brands of all sizes to create new interactive experiences for their audiences.
Recently, we reached out to Fuse.it to ask about their patented augmented reality solution. According to Liat Sade-Sternberg, the company’s founder and CEO, its algorithms systematically solve inherent issues in AR advertising campaigns like complexity and cost.
“We take any 2D video and, within minutes, automatically convert them into AR objects, which can be uploaded to an advertiser’s platform (website, app, etc.),” Sade-Sternberg said. “[This] enables their audience to create short viral AR videos through the brand, platform, or Fuse.it’s creation app.”
Since Fuse.it’s AR tool uses existing content, it’s very cost-effective. It enables brands of all sizes to create innovative experiences for their audiences without breaking the bank.
Fuse.it has worked with some of the biggest names in the business. For example, Old Spice UK used their AR tool to elevate an existing commercial.
Using a mobile device, consumers were able to superimpose the actor Isaiah Mustafa into a real-world environment. In the AR-driven experience, he can walk into their living room or kitchen with his bottle of Old Spice. Moreover, consumers could stand next to him as if they were part of the ad.
The campaign reached 10.8+ million consumers. It also saw nearly 50% engagement rates across social channels.
Other brands that use Fuse.it’s AR tool include Paramount, Head & Shoulders, Coca-Cola, and Warner Music Group. According to Fuse.it, their partners have reported higher engagement rates, ranging from 20% to 80%, as a result of using their patented solution.
Aside from making immersive ads, Fuse.it helps with content creation on various social platforms. They can elevate augmented reality experiences on TikTok, Instagram, and other social networks.
Using their patented tool, brands and everyday users can create rich AR videos in a few clicks. In turn, they can drive higher engagements and build stronger connections with their audience.
“AR tech and content can be very complex and expensive,” Sade-Sternberg shared. “We focus on making this an experience that is affordable, fast, and easy for both the brands and the users.”
When asked about future endeavors, Sade-Sternberg said that Fuse.it strives to become a household name for companies by building simple, powerful, and cost-efficient solutions. “We’re developing solutions that can be used in advertising, marketing, and consumer engagement for any platform they want.”
